Who is someone who's inspired your leadership, and why?

My mother has been inspiring my leadership since I was very young by always believe in her vision and not allowing the obstacles to stop her from achieving her goals, including ensuring that her children could have better opportunities compared to what she had.

What motivates you to do your job?

Believe that my contribution makes a difference and is valued in the team I work with and for.

What piece of advice would you give to an aspiring leader in African conservation?

Always try to get better version of himself which means constantly learning and remember to serve his community, always with a mindset of a true Afri-can (instead of Afri-can't) even when facing tremendous challenges.
