Kiogora joined Maliasili in January 2022 bringing with him over 15 years of experience in human resource management in the conservation sector. He has been responsible for HR functions ranging from developing and driving implementation of HR policies that are aligned with the best practices, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies and designing and executing a culture that supports high performance while giving employees a great experience at the workplace. He has previously worked with Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya and is a graduate of Maseno University and holds an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University. Kiogora is passionate about people development for them to exploit their potential to the fullest.

Maliasili exists to help talented local conservation organizations overcome their challenges and constraints so that they can become more effective agents of change in their landscapes, communities, and nations.
