REDO works to support marginalized communities in Rwanda through integrated approaches to environmental conservation and sustainable development. Their work focuses on combining ecosystem restoration with improved livelihoods for vulnerable communities.

The organization implements multiple programs including: forest restoration; sustainable agriculture; climate change adaptation; and community development initiatives. They work closely with local communities to develop practical solutions that benefit both people and nature.

Since its establishment, REDO has successfully restored significant areas of degraded land, helped hundreds of families develop sustainable livelihoods, and built strong community support for conservation.
