Maliasili is seeking a Portfolio Manager to support community-based conservation organizations in Madagascar. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Madagascar Portfolio, this role will focus on strengthening partner organizations through organizational development, leadership support, and resource mobilization, with about 30% travel within the country. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in organizational development, land rights, and community-led natural resource governance, alongside strong facilitation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
