Judy joins the team with an extensive experience in events management. Striking a balance between strategic vision to execution, she draws on her over 20 years of experience working in the Educational and Not for Profit sectors in direct program administration, implementation, and management.

Judy enjoys the thrill and excitement of each event and immerses herself in handling all the background tasks that make the event successful for the facilitators and participants alike. She has a passion for event planning, problem-solving and creative thinking.

She has worked with grassroots and National organizations in supporting their Institutional strengthening through Organizational Development initiatives and appreciates the importance of good governance and strong organizations in creating a lasting impact at the community level.

Maliasili exists to help talented local conservation organizations overcome their challenges and constraints so that they can become more effective agents of change in their landscapes, communities, and nations.
