A previous boss - she was committed, inclusive, knowledgeable, kind, enthusiastic, clear, positive and always willing to help.

What motivates you to do your job?

My commitment to people and the environment on which we all depend. Mwambao team's hope and enthusiasm. The belief that we are making a difference.

What piece of advice would you give to an aspiring leader in African conservation?

Believe in yourself and your team - be approachable, fair, kind but professional; above all never give up!
